1. I was allocated a room without window. It's terrible and unbearable stuffy. In such room you can not enjoy the staying let along the sea view. After I called the reception,I got a new room with balcony which is better.2. The facility is too old and the decoration style must be the last century

The hotel is located in the bay, with a good surrounding environment. The balcony can see a corner of the bay. The hygiene is a bit bad. After checking in, I found that the trash can in the room was not emptied and the wash basin was not clean. The bed was very small, only 0.8 meters wide. There are many SOS emergency equipment in the room, be careful not to touch them (Figure 4). I didn't know at first, and the waiter came to ask after I touched it. The breakfast was good and rich.

Located in Chelsea, 10 minutes walk from South Kensington subway station. The surrounding environment is good and safe.
The room is clean and hygienic, and the area is quite large, but the soundproofing is not good.

The only reasons I gave 4/5 stars for service was the self service hot beverage station and making your own toast. Order their specials better, however, this time my poached eggs were not soft. Excellent wine and excellent bar lunch which they allowed us to eat in the restaurant which was a bonus. I love this location. Walks through the wetlands and to Penarth and easy links to Barry Island. Spa brilliant and the quiet area next to the gym brilliant for reading
